Inspections
Experience peace of mind with our free inspections, where our skilled technician thoroughly examines your property for signs of unwanted animals and identifies potential entry points, including roofs, soffits, chimneys, and foundations. After the inspection, you’ll receive a detailed report along with an estimate if any work is recommended. Box traps (live traps) using bait. A live-capture, mechanical device designed to catch animals—such as raccoons, skunks, or cats—unharmed within a mesh or solid enclosure. It works when an animal enters, steps on a trigger plate, or pulls on bait, causing a door to slam shut and lock, trapping the animal inside. Dog Proof traps (foot-encapsulating traps) using bait. Another live trap usually used for raccoons or small predators. Animal must reach inside to grab the bait, pulling up on the trigger and causing a spring-loaded plunger to pin its paw inside. Good for properties where pets or non-target animals are. Conibear Traps (body-grip trap) is a quick-kill, lethal device widely used for catching furbearers like beaver, muskrat, and raccoon. These traps use a square metal frame that slams shut instantly to dispatch the animal quickly. Non-poison Electric Traps are enclosed traps used with bait that lure small animals and rodents in and dispatch the animal when it steps on the trigger plate. It sends an electrical current through the animal that dispatches them instantly. This trap is best for rodents, chipmunks, and small squirrels. Your preference on how the animal is removed from your property is always taken into consideration. Animals that can be relocated are taken to properties that we have permission to release on. The properties are far enough away from the catch site as to ensure that the animal does not return. There are some cases in which we are not allowed by regulations to relocate certain animals. Options will be given for these situations.

With 12 monthly visits included to check traps and remove any deceased animals, our service is not only effective but also more cost-effective than many traditional rodent control services, with multiple contract choices to suit your needs.
